There are a number of permanent courses in Sussex. Maps are available for these courses, which show the location of around 20 controls, details of the main ones and how to make your own can be found on our Orienteering Courses page.

Orienteering events are held nearly every weekend of the year in the South East of England and often on weekday evenings for detail see our Orienteering Clubs page.
